The product is built for the work that attorneys, estate trustees, body corporates, HOAs, and individuals do every day on real matters: understanding what a contract or trust deed actually says, drafting correspondence that will not embarrass anyone, comparing two versions of a will, finding the right CSOS adjudication, preparing for a meeting with counsel.
What Estate Governance is not: a substitute for a qualified attorney on a complex or contested matter. It does not appear in court, file documents, or take instructions in the way a legal practitioner does.
What it is: a tool that moves the work forward without inventing facts, hallucinating cases, or charging by the hour. Every claim in every answer is traceable to a real source. If we cannot find something in real SA law, we say so. We refuse before we invent.
